POSITION SUMMARY:
Prepare and cook food for the “Rooster” Bar and Grill at the Squaw Valley Golf Course
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Keep food Inventory
• Prepare food for the day
• Cook orders as they come in
• Keep Kitchen Clean
• Open up kitchen or close it if needed.
ADDITIONAL POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Other duties as assigned.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Cooking experience preferred
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Food Handler’s License
• TABC License
• Valid Texas Drivers’ License.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Minimal – Kneeling / squatting, manual hand tools.
Moderate – Sitting, bending / stooping.
Extensive – Standing, pushing / pulling, walking, climbing, grasping / squeezing, wrist flexion / extension, reaching, overhead reaching.
Ability to move – 76 to 100 lbs.
ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS:
Minimal – Protective equipment required.
Moderate – Exposure to dust/gas/fumes/steam/chemicals.
Extensive – Extreme heat, work outdoors, walking on uneven ground.
